Core Agent

About the role

As a Core (Communication) Agent at Four Seasons Resort Peninsula Papagayo, you will be the first point of contact for guests and employees, delivering prompt, personalized assistance in line with Four Seasons’ luxury standards. You will handle telephone, email and messenger communications, ensuring each interaction reflects the brand’s commitment to exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and direct all incoming calls on the telephone switchboard with a friendly, professional tone.
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and daily activities to callers.
• Manage guest and employee reservations, inquiries and requests via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Utilize the Golden guest profile system to verify guest identity and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of brand standards, hotel policies and local attractions.
• Perform administrative tasks related to reservations and guest communications.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English, with a courteous and attentive demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, luxury hospitality environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate guest records.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with telephone switchboard operation.
• Experience using guest profile or CRM systems (e.g., Golden guest profile).
• Basic computer literacy for email and messaging platforms.
