Client Account Manager

About the role

The Client Account Manager will provide professional fiscal and accounting advice, oversee financial information, and keep the organization updated on tax regulations and legislative changes. The role also includes preparing budgets, financial reports, and supporting strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets and cash‑flow forecasts.
• Manage all accounting areas: treasury, accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll.
• Maintain liaison with the Ministry of Finance and related platforms (CCSS, INS, banks).
• Define tax strategies and ensure compliance with audit and accounting standards.
• Coordinate and supervise team tasks, guaranteeing accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Accounting.
• Relevant experience in accounting and personnel management.
• Strong organisational, collaborative and proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills with partners, clients and suppliers.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage conflicts and adapt to flexible hours.
