Visual & Interactive Web Designer

About the role

The Visual & Interactive Web Designer will create high‑quality, modern web experiences that blend strong visual aesthetics with interaction thinking. Working on website redesigns and scalable digital products, you will help define layouts, UI components, and design systems that meet user needs and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑fidelity web interfaces, layouts, and UI components.
• Contribute to full website redesigns from concept through final delivery.
• Create interactive and visually engaging design solutions.
• Build and maintain design systems and component libraries in Figma, applying Atomic Design principles.
• Produce and refine visual assets such as hero images, retouching, and layout adjustments.
• Ensure pixel‑perfect execution and strong attention to detail.
• Collaborate with design leads, developers, and cross‑functional teams.
• Participate in client and internal presentations, articulating design decisions.
• Identify and flag risks related to quality, timelines, or delivery.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in web, visual, or digital product design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web design, UI systems, and interactive experiences.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and solid understanding of design‑system frameworks.
• Good grasp of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and UX principles.
• English proficiency at B2+ level (reading, writing, conversation).
