Technical Drafter – Architectural Drafting

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Technical Drafter to join our Technical Drafting team. You will work closely with leading roofing contractors and manufacturers on large‑scale commercial projects, creating accurate architectural and structural drawings.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit (2D).
• Analyze architectural and structural plans, specifications, and manufacturer data.
• Develop shop drawings from digital images and other sources.
• Collaborate with the Preconstruction team to prepare submittals and pre‑construction packages.
• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant building codes and standards.

Required profile

• Technical drafting background with a Bachelor’s degree or final‑year student status in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (2D).
• Advanced English proficiency (B1 level) and preferably bilingual in Spanish.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and effective in team communication.
