Supply Chain Analyst (Inventory Control)

About the role

The Inventory Control Analyst supports operational activities for AWS infrastructure supply chain, ensuring accurate inventory records and smooth processes across data centers, DBS hubs and rack integrator partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and execute daily allocation processes.
• Review and resolve invoices on hold, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
• Monitor inventory holds and manage release processes.
• Create and manage purchase orders following AWS approval workflows.
• Prepare executive summaries and status updates for business forums.
• Track and report key inventory metrics and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of inventory procedures.
• Support business reviews with data‑driven insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Related studies in Business Administration, Logistics or Accounting.
• 1‑2 years of experience in inventory control or supply chain operations.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Experience with inventory management systems and large data set analysis.
