Services Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high‑impact transformation initiatives across our Global Services organization. The role will drive strategic projects that expand service capabilities, improve delivery, and enable new digital offerings throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross‑functional transformation programs that support services growth, operational excellence, and customer experience.
• Translate enterprise strategy into integrated roadmaps, executable plans, measurable outcomes, and value‑realization metrics.
• Partner with executive sponsors and business owners, providing recommendations, decision support, and performance visibility.
• Establish governance structures, decision‑making forums, escalation paths, and executive‑level reporting.
• Manage scope, investment, resources, schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and organizational impacts across multiple workstreams.
• Anticipate strategic and execution risks, evaluate trade‑offs, and drive timely decisions to protect business outcomes.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment, change management, communications, adoption, and sustainable implementation.
• Ensure initiatives deliver measurable value and transition smoothly to business‑as‑usual operations.
