Service Training Manager

About the role

The Service Training Manager supports Coloplast’s Service organization by designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance clinician and patient experiences. Based in the San José Business Centre, the role works closely with global teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality learning across the service function.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and assess onboarding, continuous learning and product launch training for new hires and existing staff.
• Deliver blended learning sessions (in‑person, virtual, online) covering DME, U.S. healthcare, clinical and product knowledge, compliance, reimbursement, and soft‑skill topics.
• Coordinate training logistics, schedules and resources, and partner with SMEs, leadership, People & Culture, Quality, Compliance and global training teams.
• Conduct performance audits, identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date course materials and track participation, KPIs and outcomes for leadership reporting.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid and other regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish, able to conduct business professionally in English.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of learning and development or training experience in the healthcare/medical‑device industry.
• At least 3 years designing and developing training courses or programs.
• Strong time‑management, organization and planning abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 15 % of the time.
