SEO Manager

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and strategic SEO Manager to lead our organic search initiatives. You will shape SEO strategy, optimise website content, and drive measurable improvements in rankings and traffic.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to boost organic visibility.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on‑page optimisation (titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking).
• Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and web development teams to align SEO goals.
• Track rankings, traffic, and conversions, providing regular performance reports.
• Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate fixes with development teams.
• Stay updated on algorithm changes and industry trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of keyword research and content optimisation.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CMS platforms, and website structure.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
