Senior Service Delivery Manager

About the role

Emerson is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager to lead high‑impact hardware maintenance programs for its Test & Measurement customers. You will act as the trusted partner for customers and internal teams, ensuring service agreements are executed flawlessly and that service levels are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales and customers to develop service proposals, define expectations, and establish SLAs.
• Serve as the single point of contact for service agreement execution, handling communications, reviews, on‑site meetings, and escalations.
• Create and manage service program plans, ensuring technical feasibility, financial viability, risk mitigation, and on‑time delivery.
• Collaborate with product management, manufacturing, technical support, R&D, quality, and sales to drive successful delivery across the Americas, Asia, and Europe.
• Lead analysis of resources, schedules, budgets, and risks; monitor pricing, costs, quality, and delivery status.
