Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are a full‑service digital agency and content studio seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex digital projects in a fully remote environment. Reporting to the Account Manager, you will collaborate with Tech Leads, designers, developers, QA teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery and high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the master project plan, tracking milestones, dependencies, timelines, and risks.
• Coordinate daily project activities, ticket workflows, and resource allocation across multiple teams.
• Proactively manage risks, blockers, and issues, escalating when necessary.
• Support Tech Leads throughout all project phases, from initiation to deployment.
• Facilitate weekly releases, task review, prioritization, and resource planning.
• Maintain clear documentation, status reports, dashboards, and program artifacts.
• Establish operational standards and best practices to improve execution and team performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing digital projects in agile environments.
• Fluent Spanish; intermediate English proficiency is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
