Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager is a key member of the Operations team, responsible for delivering localization projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The role combines client relationship management, business development, and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the Sales team to close deals.
• Develop and execute localization solutions and workflows.
• Supervise and mentor Project Managers and Coordinators.
• Create project schedules, ensure clear communication, and track progress.
• Maintain project data in XTRF, LLTS Wiki, Confluence and other internal systems.
• Assign linguists, manage contractor delivery, and monitor quality control procedures.
• Report status, issues, and recommendations to Account Executives and senior management.

Required profile

• Proactive initiative, discretion, and independent judgment in client management.
• Excellent communication skills to handle multiple concurrent activities.
• Leadership experience, including mentoring junior project staff.
• Strong analytical mindset to suggest process improvements.

Required skills

• Experience with XTRF project management software.
• Proficiency in Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
• Familiarity with LLTS Wiki or similar knowledge‑base tools.
