Senior Motion Design Analyst

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Senior Motion Design Analyst to transform concepts and scripts into engaging motion graphics for a variety of digital platforms. The role blends creative storytelling with technical expertise in animation, video production, and post‑production workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers and creative teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Lead the full video production workflow, from pre‑production planning and storyboarding to production and post‑production editing.
• Conceptualize, design, and produce visual assets such as storyboards, animatics, style frames, mood boards, corporate videos, e‑learning modules, website videos, and marketing demos.
• Apply animation principles using industry‑standard software to create high‑quality motion content.
• Maintain version control, naming conventions, and organized file structures to ensure consistency across projects.
• Stay current with emerging animation techniques, tools, and best practices, and share knowledge with peers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in motion graphics and video production, preferably at a senior level.
• Strong visual storytelling ability and an eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills to translate creative ideas into technical deliverables.
