Senior Interior Designer

About the role

Utopia is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join its design team and shape boutique hospitality assets worldwide. The role is fully remote and focuses on creating interior concepts, material palettes, mood boards, and detailed drawing sets across RIBA stages.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full design process from concept inception to detailed design and handover.
• Develop interior concepts, material palettes, and mood boards that align with Utopia’s brand DNA.
• Produce drawing sets for all RIBA stages and ensure technical design readiness for construction.
• Collaborate with architects, CGI artists, consultants, FF&E team, and clients throughout each project phase.
• Introduce innovative ideas in materials, lighting, layout, and spatial storytelling.
• Maintain design integrity and deliver weekly intermediate results.

Required profile

• Organized, communicative, and detail‑oriented.
• Motivated to deliver high‑quality work on time.
• Comfortable working independently while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience in boutique hospitality or luxury interior design projects.

Required skills

• Interior concept development.
• Material palette assembly.
