Senior Android Engineer (Remote)

About the role

Coforge is looking for a Senior Android Engineer to join its remote team and build high‑quality mobile applications. You will work with Kotlin and modern Android practices to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions for a global user base.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Android applications using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose and Clean Architecture.
• Implement asynchronous features with Kotlin Coroutines and Structured Concurrency.
• Ensure strict separation of Data, Domain, and Presentation layers for maintainable code.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise performance, code quality and engineering best practices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimise mobile performance in an Agile environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional Android development experience.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
