About the role

Wrike is seeking a Security Customer Success Engineer to act as the primary technical security advisor for its Sales and Customer Success teams. You will help customers understand Wrike’s security capabilities, remove security‑related blockers, and position security as a competitive advantage throughout the customer journey.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead technical security conversations with customer security teams, including CISOs and IT stakeholders.
  • Support Sales by identifying and resolving security objections that could affect deal progression.
  • Promote premium security features such as Wrike Lock and data residency offerings.
  • Complete security questionnaires, RFPs, and portal assessments quickly and accurately.
  • Use internal AI tools and knowledge bases to deliver consistent responses to security inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the core Security team on product updates, vulnerabilities, and roadmap changes.
  • Share customer feedback with Product and Security teams to influence future improvements.

Required profile

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer‑facing technical role (e.g., Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or Security Consulting) preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex security and compliance concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Experience handling customer objections and guiding security‑related discussions.
