Reservations Agent – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica at Peninsula Papagayo is seeking a Reservations Agent to join its hospitality team. In this position you will be the first point of contact for prospective guests, helping them discover the resort’s unique experiences and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound reservation calls and respond to general reservations emails.
• Capture sales, complete internal reservation forms, and process brochure requests.
• Handle guest complaints in line with Four Seasons policies.
• Process various reservation types, including WRO, Trust, internal, and FIT bookings.
• Confirm reservations by phone and ensure all guest details are accurate.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and analytical abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing operational needs.
• Passion for delivering exceptional service in a luxury hospitality environment.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Proficiency with reservation software and standard office tools.
