Remote Print Designer (Senior)

About the role

The Remote Print Designer plays a strategic part in delivering high‑quality printed assets across multiple markets. You will optimise production workflows, integrate automation, and ensure every deliverable meets the highest technical and creative standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high‑volume or complex print campaigns while maintaining colour accuracy and quality.
• Implement automated workflows for resizing, proofing, and templating.
• Mentor junior designers and promote cross‑team collaboration.
• Conduct quality‑assurance reviews and pre‑flight validations.
• Document processes and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Partner with vendors for print testing, colour calibration, and sustainability projects.
• Support creative strategy development and ensure brand consistency across all print materials.
• Participate in pitch processes and contribute to digital retouching discussions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in print design and production.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven ability to manage complex workflows and lead multi‑disciplinary projects.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and fostering collaborative environments.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of pre‑press tools.
• Familiarity with AI‑based layout or validation tools (preferred).
