Regional Total Rewards Leader

About the role

The Regional Total Rewards Leader will head the Total Rewards function across LATAM, partnering with Global Compensation and Benefits teams to design, implement and communicate compensation and benefits programs. The role also provides day‑to‑day compensation support for the Costa Rica Global Business Services site and LATAM sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the regional Compensation Consultant and Subject Matter Expert, handling escalations and providing guidance.
• Execute global compensation and benefits programs according to established parameters.
• Deliver communication, training and education on total rewards initiatives for the region.
• Oversee regional benefits, work with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Lead and develop a team of compensation and benefits professionals.
• Provide daily compensation consulting for the Costa Rica GBS site, including job evaluations, market analysis and salary planning.
• Support LATAM sales compensation processes, including SIP renewal, calculation, payment and governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, with specific LATAM exposure.
• Strong knowledge of LATAM compensation laws and regulations.
• Excellent written English and Spanish communication skills.
• Proven ability to track milestones, analyse complex data and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
