Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

This position supports a fast‑paced recruiting team by handling interview logistics, candidate communications, and data management. It is ideal for an organized, bilingual professional who wants to grow within a high‑performing talent acquisition function.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and phone screens with candidates and hiring managers.
• Coordinate logistics, including occasional travel arrangements for candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate records in recruiting systems.
• Communicate application status to candidates via email and phone.
• Track recruiting activity and provide weekly status reports.
• Organize post‑interview debrief meetings and prepare supporting materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve scheduling processes and candidate experience.
• Assist with additional recruiting coordination tasks as needed.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or general administrative/coordination roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
