Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

The Recruitment Coordinator works closely with a fast‑paced team of recruiters to manage the end‑to‑end hiring process. This position is the first point of contact for many candidates and plays a key role in delivering a positive candidate experience while supporting hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and phone screens, coordinating directly with candidates and hiring managers.
• Arrange travel for visiting candidates when required.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the recruiting system.
• Provide follow‑up communication to candidates on their status via phone and email.
• Track recruiting activities and compile weekly status reports.
• Organise post‑interview debrief meetings and distribute debrief materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
• Assist with additional recruiting activities as needed.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external candidates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Adaptable and able to shift priorities quickly.
• Motivated to contribute to building a talented workforce.

• On‑site work in San Jose, Costa Rica (Monday‑Friday).
• Fixed‑term contract through the end of the year with possible extensions.
• Competitive monthly salary of 700,000‑750,000 CRC.
