Recruiting Coordination Lead

About the role

As a Specialist Lead on the Coordination team, you will oversee the day‑to‑day delivery of recruitment coordination services for Deloitte’s Business Recruiting unit in Costa Rica. You will lead a team of Coordination professionals, ensure alignment with talent acquisition strategies, and act as a primary point of contact for process improvement and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of recruitment coordination services in partnership with Coordination managers.
• Deliver coordination activities according to established strategies, processes and policies.
• Provide expertise, training and support on recruitment coordination best practices.
• Assist with hiring and alignment of new Coordinators.
• Collaborate on process improvement and standardization initiatives.
• Manage reporting of applicant workflow and status updates in the ATS, ensuring data accuracy.
• Maintain rosters and collaboration sites.
• Execute performance and career management activities, including hiring, coaching and mentoring.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources.
• Proven experience supervising and supporting direct reports.
• Strong client‑service orientation and commitment to a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Fluent oral and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Legal authorization to work in Costa Rica without sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
