React Engineer (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

Bluelight is seeking a React Engineer to join its rapidly expanding consultancy team. This remote position serves clients across the United States and Central/South America, offering the chance to work on high‑impact, complex applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality React applications.
• Contribute to large, complex systems and internal libraries.
• Create and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver client‑focused solutions.
• Identify and resolve new and difficult technical challenges.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience (5 years preferred).
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with React.
• Experience working on large, complex systems.
• Four‑year college degree.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to meet estimates and process expectations.
• Commitment to best practices, client goals, and continuous learning.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with meticulous attention to detail.
