About the role
VML, part of WPP, is seeking a Mid Project Manager for its Costa Rica office. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, from scoping to delivery, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and exceeds client expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality work that meets or exceeds brief requirements.
- Oversee end‑to‑end project delivery and execution.
- Manage scope, resources, schedules, and financials throughout the project.
- Set and manage expectations with internal teams and clients.
- Negotiate trade‑offs to keep projects on time and within budget.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic critical thinker and problem solver.
- Ability to engage at all project levels and understand constraints.
- Experience navigating and prioritising business needs, resource allocation, and financial management.
