Program Manager – FinOps PMO

About the role

Amazon Finance Operations (FinOps) is looking for a customer‑obsessed, results‑driven Program Manager to lead its FinOps Program Management Office (PMO) for the LATAM region. You will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of complex, cross‑functional programs that enable seamless procure‑to‑pay, order‑to‑cash and payroll processes across Amazon’s diverse businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Define program strategy, vision and roadmap for large‑scale business transformations.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver initiatives from planning through launch and continuous improvement.
• Leverage AI as an integral part of planning, dependency mapping, status aggregation, risk identification and post‑launch analysis.
• Generate and stress‑test program plans, automate status reporting, and produce launch readiness assessments.
• Make data‑driven decisions, balancing rapid experimentation with rigorous risk management.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage the full lifecycle of complex, high‑impact programs.
• Track record of delivering large‑scale business program implementations in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven, virtual environments.
• Experience with systems development and integration is preferred.
• Demonstrated, active use of AI throughout the program delivery lifecycle.
