Product Marketing Manager – Remote (Hourly)

About the role

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to design, document, and execute authentic product management and marketing workflows. This remote, hourly‑contract position will involve working across collaboration platforms and business tools to create realistic, end‑to‑end scenarios.

Key responsibilities

• Design and document product management and marketing workflows using tools such as Slack, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
• Execute workflows directly within platforms while capturing actions, decisions, and outcomes.
• Incorporate adjacent tools and data sources to build realistic workflow scenarios.
• Create clear, step‑by‑step documentation that outlines objectives and expected deliverables.
• Identify ambiguous or unrealistic scenarios and collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and realism across all workflow submissions.
• Communicate workflow details effectively for review, annotation, and training purposes.

Required profile

• Strong experience in product management, product marketing, growth marketing, or related functions.
• Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Slack and either Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
• Experience creating business documents (PRDs, briefs, roadmaps, trackers, executive reports).
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with analytics, reporting, or business‑intelligence tools is a plus.
