Payroll Data & Analytics Project Lead

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical Payroll Data & Analytics Project Lead to drive the global Colleague Services DataLake initiative. In this role you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, turning payroll and ServiceNow case data into actionable KPIs, dashboards, and reports.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the Analytics & Insights team within the DataLake program and translate business needs into clear data and reporting requirements.
• Define, document and maintain KPIs, business rules, metric calculations and reporting logic.
• Validate data mappings, transformations, refresh schedules and output quality for ServiceNow and payroll sources.
• Collaborate with Digital, Data Engineering, Reporting and external vendors to deliver end‑to‑end data integration and dashboard solutions.
• Maintain project backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria and track milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing, defect management, data reconciliation and final sign‑off processes.
• Ensure data governance, access controls, compliance and single‑source‑of‑truth reporting practices.
• Prepare executive summaries, status updates and communicate business value of the initiative.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in global payroll, HR operations or shared‑services reporting projects.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
