L3 Microsoft Support Engineer

About the role

World Wide Technology is seeking a Level 3 Microsoft Support Engineer to join its Day 2 Operations team. The role provides advanced technical support for Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 infrastructure services, handling incident resolution and service requests while collaborating with Tier 1, Tier 2, and vendor support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3 support for Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and related services.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex incidents and service requests independently as the final escalation point.
• Collaborate with internal engineering tiers and external vendors to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Document resolutions and contribute to knowledge‑base articles for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong, hands‑on experience with the Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystems in production environments.
• Ability to support, troubleshoot, and administer Azure and M365 resources, understanding architecture fundamentals, dependencies, and best practices.
• Experience analyzing end‑to‑end issues across Microsoft Workplace product suites, including identity, governance, and security layers.
