Junior Web Developer

About the role

Under close supervision, the Junior Web Developer will support the design, development, and maintenance of web portals and Business Intelligence (BI) applications. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates with an associate degree who are eager to apply their programming knowledge to real‑world projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design, schedule, build, and deliver new or enhanced websites and portals, ensuring quality, cost, and timing objectives are met.
• Analyze existing applications, identify improvement areas, and contribute to the development of new solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Research and propose technical enhancements to improve website, portal, and supporting infrastructure quality.
• Create initial site maps, application models, and page templates for review by senior team members.
• Maintain assigned portals using content management tools and digital media, ensuring technical continuity and adherence to development standards.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree in a relevant field.
• 0‑2 years of experience in web development or related software projects.
• Demonstrated ability to work under detailed guidance and follow established processes.
