Junior Software Developer – Remote AI Training Role

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a paid remote AI training program. In this flexible, asynchronous position you will help improve AI code generation by reviewing AI‑produced snippets, rating responses, and creating coding challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI‑generated code for correctness, efficiency and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as accuracy, instruction‑following and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve future AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level or senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Legal authorization to work in any of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
