Junior Project Manager

About the role

Join a dynamic fintech environment where you will lead the implementation and upgrade of cutting‑edge enterprise applications for a well‑known client. You will guide projects from concept to delivery, ensuring they meet contractual and client requirements while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and upgrade solutions for new and existing customers.
• Take projects from initial concept through final implementation, coordinating internal resources and external customers.
• Manage multiple implementation tasks across internal groups to meet client requirements.
• Provide continuous project feedback and status updates to key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, task lists, and documentation.
• Offer occasional after‑hours support for client implementations.
• Maintain consistent standards for project status reporting.
• Contribute to knowledge‑base maintenance and ensure technical accuracy of design documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years proven project management experience.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or equivalent).
• Flexibility to work in shifts as needed.
• Excellent organization, communication, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Preferred: exposure to financial services or banking, PMP/CAPM, Scrum Master, or Six Sigma certification.
