IT Support Specialist III – Advanced Technical Support

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist III to provide advanced technical assistance to employees, partners and production environments. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality customer experience, effective stakeholder communication and continuous improvement of IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software and security incidents.
• Manage IT asset lifecycle, including provisioning, tracking and retirement.
• Maintain and configure ServiceNow, Windows Active Directory and Microsoft Intune environments.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to support operations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience providing advanced technical support.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and excellent organizational skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
