About the role
The Inventory Analysis Team Supervisor leads a dedicated team responsible for daily inventory analysis and supply‑chain support. This position combines people‑lead responsibilities with hands‑on process management to ensure accurate reporting, timely issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Provide direct oversight of team productivity, resolve escalations, and ensure delivery of assigned tasks.
- Run, download, and analyse daily performance reports to drive operational efficiency.
- Conduct refresher sessions, 1:1 meetings, and annual performance evaluations, including mid‑year reviews.
- Support each team member with a 70/20/10 development plan in WorkDay and monitor progress.
- Liaise with other departments to coordinate new processes, training, execution, and performance monitoring.
- Manage day‑to‑day workforce activities: attendance, scheduling, vacation approvals, and resource allocation across email and phone channels.
- Identify, lead, and participate in process‑quality improvement projects, providing testing and implementation support for new tools.
Required profile
- High school diploma and university degree (or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a management role.
- Experience serving international teams, including non‑US customers.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Strong customer orientation, analytical thinking, and adaptability.
