Infrastructure Architect

About the role

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Architect to design, build, and maintain high‑performance, scalable, and secure infrastructure solutions. The role will work on‑site at Corporativo El Cafetal, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure the infrastructure meets current and future business demands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of resilient networking, storage, compute, and cloud architectures.
• Create detailed architectural diagrams that align with application requirements and security standards.
• Define cloud adoption and migration strategies, optimizing cost, performance, and security.
• Partner with security teams to enforce access controls, encryption, and network segmentation.
• Evaluate and improve infrastructure performance, recommending cost‑effective enhancements.
• Implement high‑availability and disaster‑recovery solutions to ensure business continuity.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to align infrastructure with business goals.

Required profile

• Conversational English for interview purposes.
• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure design, architecture, and operations.
• Strong knowledge of networking, storage, virtualization, cloud technologies, databases, compute, and security.
