About the role

The Generalist Process Operator I works on the production floor, operating a range of mechanical equipment and supporting the manufacturing process. This entry‑level position rotates across different areas to help meet production targets while ensuring product quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Operate machinery and technology tools in assigned production zones, following established procedures.
• Load and unload bulk materials, handle packaging, perform terminal operations, and manage mixing tasks.
• Monitor computerized control systems and make occasional basic machine adjustments.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues, collaborating with the maintenance team.
• Record production and inventory data in computerized systems.
• Operate mobile powered equipment such as forklifts, skid loaders, sit‑down floor sweepers, and front‑end loaders.
• Adhere to all safety policies, maintain a clean work environment, and coordinate workflow with adjacent process areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support overall plant operations.

Required profile
