About the role
TurFresh, the market leader in artificial turf cleaning, is looking for a high‑performing inbound sales professional to join its remote team. The role focuses on converting inbound leads from homeowners into customers and, when appropriate, into recurring maintenance plans.
Key responsibilities
- Respond quickly to inbound leads and estimate requests via phone and web.
- Re‑engage past customers and unsold opportunities.
- Convert one‑time sales into maintenance plans.
- Maintain strong close rates and consistent follow‑up.
- Track pipeline and communications accurately in the CRM.
- Ensure speed‑to‑lead and robust pipeline management.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an inbound sales closer.
- Fluent, professional‑level English with strong phone presence.
- Ability to build trust quickly with U.S. homeowners.
- Comfortable representing a premium brand and selling on value.
- High sense of urgency, organized, and self‑managed in a remote setting.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM platforms such as GHL, Jobber, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
