Financial Planning, Controllership & Analytics Lead

About the role

Haleon is seeking a senior finance professional to own the end‑to‑end financial cycle for an Operating Unit. The role combines planning, forecasting, controllership, reporting and performance analytics, acting as the single point of accountability for financial integrity and decision support.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full finance spectrum for the OU, from planning and forecasting to actuals reporting and performance analysis.
• Lead all planning, forecasting and update cycles, delivering high‑quality analytics on performance drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Ensure robust financial controls, governance and compliance with IFRS, Haleon policies and local regulations.
• Oversee statutory and management reporting, providing accurate and timely financial narratives.
• Partner with the OU Finance Head, Centers of Expertise, O2C and P2P leads to drive end‑to‑end finance support.
• Manage a team of finance managers, fostering independent decision‑making and delivering results across multiple disciplines.

Required profile

• Director‑level experience in finance with full‑cycle ownership (planning, forecasting, controllership, reporting).
• Proven ability to lead finance teams and collaborate with cross‑functional partners.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, financial governance and performance analytics.
• Excellent judgment and communication skills to support strategic decision‑making.
