Farm Manager – Operations & Production (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Farm Manager to lead daily agricultural operations remotely. You will oversee crop cultivation, livestock management, and equipment maintenance while driving efficiency and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of daily farm activities, including crops, livestock, and machinery.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve yield, operational efficiency, and sustainable practices.
• Monitor market trends and adjust production plans to maximize profitability.
• Maintain accurate records for production, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to achieve operational goals.
• Communicate progress and coordinate activities across remote teams.

Required profile

• Strong experience in farming, ranching, or agricultural management.
• In‑depth knowledge of modern farming methods, resource management, and relevant regulations.
