Especialista en Seguridad de la Información – ISO 27001

About the role

DEINSA Global Intelligence is seeking a consultant specialist to lead the implementation and update of an Information Security Management System (ISMS) based on ISO 27001. The role is project‑based, lasting one year with the possibility of extension, and will be performed under professional services terms.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and update the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with ISO 27001.
• Conduct gap analyses and risk assessments to ensure alignment with ISO 27001 requirements.
• Coordinate project activities on demand with the client, respecting Costa Rican public procurement regulations.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Telecommunications or a related field.
• At least three years of experience delivering projects based on ISO standards, specifically ISO 27001.
• Proven track record of implementing and updating ISMS.
• Relevant certifications are a strong advantage (CRISC, CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Implementer).
