Dynamics CRM & Power BI Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Dynamics CRM & Power BI Engineer to design, develop, support, and optimise enterprise‑grade CRM and Business Intelligence solutions. The role involves close collaboration with both technical and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Apps, and Power BI solutions.
• Design interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualisations for operational and business reporting.
• Build and optimise data models, pipelines, and integrations using Azure services and Dataverse.
• Manage deployments, CI/CD pipelines, environment configurations, and system performance.
• Implement security, governance, and compliance standards such as HIPAA and SOC2.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvements across CRM and BI platforms.
• Collaborate with business users, architects, and development teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
