Customer Service Representative (French)

About the role

Join a leading dental solutions provider as a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative. You will support dental offices and labs by handling technical inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth customer experience in a fast‑paced call‑center environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide superior telephone support to dental professionals and labs.
• Set up new accounts and maintain customer master data in SAP.
• Answer incoming interactions from Straumann, Neodent, and ClearCorrect customers promptly.
• Deliver basic technical support for all Straumann products.
• Process orders accurately using SAP and resolve order or shipping issues.
• Meet weekly productivity, efficiency, and satisfaction targets.
• Participate in team and company meetings to stay informed.
• Follow safety rules and maintain a clean work environment.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken French (B2+ level) and English (B2+ level).
• At least 1 year of customer service or support experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior dental industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including PC and Microsoft Office.
