About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Operations Specialist to help improve AI‑driven customer support tools. This remote contract position offers flexible hours (10‑40 hrs/week) and competitive hourly rates.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expert insights to enhance the performance and reliability of AI‑powered customer service solutions.
- Review and analyze real‑world customer service scenarios, delivering detailed, actionable feedback for AI model training.
- Document findings and communicate results using Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Collaborate with the client’s team to maintain high standards of data accuracy, organization, and confidentiality.
- Supply context‑rich input that supports continuous improvement of AI systems.
Required profile
- Extensive experience in customer service operations, with a deep understanding of best practices and challenges.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Proven analytical and problem‑solving abilities, capable of interpreting complex scenarios objectively.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating accountability and discretion.

What we offer
- Hourly compensation ranging from $58 to $110.
