About the role
We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Attorney to join our remote team on a contract basis. You will work 10‑40 hours per week, applying your expertise in technology transactions to help shape AI‑driven contract review tools.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises to test AI performance.
- Review AI‑generated responses to contract scenarios and provide expert, detailed feedback.
- Develop objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for measuring AI accuracy.
- Partner with product and research teams to refine AI‑based contract review solutions.
Required profile
- J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school.
- Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- In‑house experience focused on technology transactions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong analytical abilities and capacity to translate legal expertise into actionable AI feedback.

- Competitive hourly rate ranging from $100 to $200.
