Coordinator, International Freight Services

About the role

The Logistics Operations Coordinator supports the Customer Service Supervisor/Manager and the Logistics Analyst in daily logistics activities. Acting as a bridge between customers, vendors, and internal teams, the role ensures compliance with logistics procedures and drives operational and customer service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and address recurring internal process failures, redundancies, and inefficiencies.
• Interpret, input, and resolve data discrepancies using client systems.
• Coordinate global operational requirements with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with carriers, co‑loaders, air‑freight forwarders, contractors, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics flow.
• Maintain logistics procedures and documentation, and coordinate shipments with all parties.
• Ensure accurate cost accruals, billing, and revenue tracking.
• Monitor and report operational non‑compliance issues.
• Execute daily operational activities to meet KPIs and achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and prepare quotations following company guidelines.
• Prepare and analyse operational and customer reports to identify improvement areas.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in logistics, supply chain, import/export or related fields.
• 4–6 months of experience coordinating work of others or leading small‑scale operational tasks.
• English proficiency at minimum B2+, preferably C1, for effective communication with global teams.
