About the role

We are seeking a Communications & Graphic Design Consultant to join our global consulting network. In this strategic position you will support transformation and change‑management projects by creating compelling visual and written communication assets that help clients adopt new processes and technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication strategies that focus on people and support organizational change initiatives.
• Design and produce creative communication pieces, training materials, audiovisual content, and screen prototypes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including graphic designers, communication specialists, and project leaders—to translate client requirements into innovative deliverables.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication outputs and adjust approaches as needed.
