Coding Specialist (Fluent in Spanish – Latin America) – Freelance AI Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a coding specialist who is fluent in Spanish (Latin America) to help train large‑scale language models. You will work remotely as a freelance contractor, interacting with AI systems on software‑engineering topics and providing high‑quality feedback in Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with the model on algorithmic, data‑structure, and software‑architecture scenarios in Spanish.
• Verify logical accuracy, coding fluency, and naturalness of the Spanish language used.
• Document failure modes, capture reproducible error traces, and suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
• Assess and rate the model’s handling of asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object‑oriented design, secure coding, and distributed‑system debugging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s, master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Professional coding experience and technical writing ability in Spanish.
• Open‑source contributions or similar evidence of expertise are a plus.
• Clear, metacognitive communication – “showing your work” is essential.
