Campaign & Creative Manager – Live Sports Advertising

About the role

We are seeking a Campaign & Creative Manager to lead live‑sports advertising campaigns for top advertisers across Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. This remote position offers a 12‑month contract and requires fluency in Portuguese, French, English, and Spanish. You will act as the trusted partner for advertisers, ensuring campaigns launch smoothly, perform optimally, and meet strict service‑level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of advertiser accounts.
• Manage campaigns from launch through reporting, optimization, and post‑flight analysis.
• Coordinate and review creative assets to ensure compliance with specifications and policies.
• Advise clients on creative enhancements, interactive opportunities, and A/B testing.
• Send mockups, secure approvals, and monitor delivery, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to clients.
• Handle monthly billing, invoicing, and revenue operations for assigned advertisers.
• Maintain accurate campaign documentation and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Professional‑level proficiency (B2/C1/C2) in Portuguese, French, English, and Spanish.
• 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, media, campaign management, or advertising operations.
• Strong client‑facing communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with campaign reporting, analytics, and performance measurement.
• Background supporting sports, live‑event, streaming, or broadcast advertising campaigns.
