Business Travel Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Travel Specialist to be the face of our company for current and new clients. Working remotely, you will help customers travel smart, providing expert advice and handling their travel needs from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Search and confirm travel reservations for customers.
• Understand client travel policies and provide consistent consultation.
• Fulfill all requests related to travel regulations.
• Provide industry information such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties.
• Review operational processes and commercial relationships to suggest improvements.
• Maintain and expand knowledge of the travel industries we support.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as a travel agent.
• Working knowledge of travel industry policies, procedures, and processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with the Amadeus GDS platform.
