Blackline System Analyst III

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Blackline System Analyst to join our Blackline COE Team. In this role you will support the Global Process Owner team and help drive end‑to‑end process optimisation within the Record to Report (R2R) workstream.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the Blackline Subject Matter Expert, providing functional and technical guidance to end users and collaborating with IT to resolve issues.
• Support Blackline implementations and enhancements across all modules (reconciliation, journals, tasks, matching, Studio 360) and deliver training and ongoing user support.
• Identify Studio 360 use cases, support automation opportunities, and assist with process design, testing, implementation and hyper‑care phases.
• Work closely with RTR Global Process Owner, IT, PPI and Automation teams to enable process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Ensure SOX IT compliance for Blackline and help maintain a strong accounting control environment.
• Analyse existing processes, propose improvements and implement solutions to optimise the end‑to‑end workflow.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in finance or accounting, including 1‑3 years in a Shared Services environment.
• Proficient spoken and written English.
• Solid understanding of end‑to‑end R2R processes.
• Experience as a BlackLine Administrator with functional knowledge of Reconciliations, Journals, Matching and Studio 360.
• Intellectual curiosity, proactive learning attitude and strong communication skills.
