Back End Developer (Adobe Experience Manager)

About the role

We are looking for a Back End Developer to join our team delivering enterprise‑level digital solutions with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). You will work closely with technical leads, project managers and frontend teams to design, build and maintain scalable backend services on AEM Cloud.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a subject‑matter expert on AEM Cloud projects, supporting technical design and implementation.
• Develop, test and maintain backend components such as Sling servlets, Sling models, OSGi services, and workflows.
• Build and manage integrations between AEM and external systems using RESTful APIs.
• Maintain content deployment workflows and troubleshoot platform issues.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration of UI components.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, update tickets in Jira, and document work in Confluence.
• Support QA activities by providing unit tests and assisting during testing phases.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Adobe Experience Manager, preferably AEM Cloud.
• Strong Java development skills and familiarity with related frameworks.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation habits.
• Effective communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
