AWS Cloud Support Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an AWS Cloud Support Engineer to join UST’s Cloud Infrastructure Services team. The role is fully remote and focuses on operating, maintaining and improving CI/CD pipelines and Terraform‑based AWS deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and support Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, ensuring job reliability and troubleshooting failures.
• Manage Terraform‑driven infrastructure on AWS, perform routine changes, remediation and drift resolution.
• Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues across compute, networking, identity and platform services.
• Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to create standardized, repeatable cloud patterns.
• Participate in incident response, root‑cause analysis and improve operational runbooks.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation for services, pipelines and infrastructure components.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in cloud support or DevOps.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and automation‑first operations.
• Ability to quickly learn new cloud platforms and services.
• Clear communicator capable of working with engineers and service owners.

Required skills

• Jenkins (pipeline creation, agents, job troubleshooting).
• Terraform (modules, state management, planning and applying).
• AWS core services, especially IAM, compute and networking.
